Our Peer Support Sessions are a powerful addition to the Brighton Wellness Collective – designed specifically to support wellness professionals behind the scenes of their businesses. Held online via Zoom, these monthly sessions are accessible, affordable, and designed to help you feel more confident, connected, and equipped to grow.
Being a therapist, coach, yoga teacher or wellness practitioner can be incredibly rewarding – but also isolating. You're often working solo, wearing multiple hats, and navigating the challenges of self-employment without a team to bounce ideas off. That’s where our Peer Support Sessions come in.

Building Confidence to Network Effectively
Networking can feel daunting, especially when you’re putting yourself and your work out there. This peer support session is designed to help you move past the awkwardness, quiet the self-doubt, and step into networking with confidence, clarity, and intention.
In a small, supportive group, we’ll explore what really holds people back when it comes to networking. From fear of rejection to not knowing what to say, you’ll quickly realise you’re not alone. Together, we’ll reframe networking away from pressure and performance, and towards something far more powerful… connection.
This session introduces the concept of mindful networking. Slowing down, being present, listening properly, and focusing on the person in front of you rather than what you can “get” from the conversation. Because the truth is, forced sales pitches don’t work. People feel them. And they switch off.
Instead, we focus on playing the long game, not the short game. Building genuine relationships over time, creating trust, and allowing opportunities to naturally evolve.
Building Confidence to Network Effectively

- Learn how to write a clear, confident, and natural elevator pitch that actually feels like you
- Understand the principles of mindful networking and how to use them in real conversations
- Discover which types of events are worth your time and energy (and which aren’t)
- Let go of “salesy” approaches and replace them with authentic connection
- Practice introducing yourself in a way that feels grounded and engaging
- Gain confidence in starting and continuing conversations without overthinking
This is not about memorising scripts or delivering perfect lines. It’s about learning how to communicate who you are and what you do in a way that feels easy, honest, and human.
With limited spaces, this session offers an intimate environment where you can practice, reflect, and leave feeling more confident walking into any room knowing you don’t need to sell… you just need to connect.
