Brighton Wellness Collective
True wellness thrives when we join together - sharing knowledge, stories and support.
In collaboration, we grow stronger, wiser, and more resilient!
Welcome
Welcome to Brighton Wellness Collective, a supportive networking community for wellness professionals in Brighton & Hove and beyond. Whether you're a therapist, yoga or Pilates teacher, coach, bodyworker or holistic practitioner – Brighton Wellness Collective exists to help you connect, collaborate and grow.

Why Brighton Wellness Collective
Brighton Wellness Collective hosts monthly in-person networking events at Float Spa in Hove, providing a relaxed and welcoming space for wellness professionals to connect, collaborate, and grow. These gatherings are designed to bring together like-minded individuals from across the wellness industry – from therapists and coaches to yoga teachers, nutritionists, and holistic practitioners.
Each event includes time for informal networking (often barefoot and seated in a circle – yes, really!), as well as a motivating talk from a guest speaker who shares their journey, lessons, and inspiration. It’s the kind of event where ideas are sparked, challenges are shared, and new connections are made over cups of herbal tea and plenty of laughter.
But we know that not everyone can always get to an in-person event – which is why we also host monthly online Peer Support Sessions, tackling the real business challenges faced by self-employed practitioners. Each session includes a focused topic (such as pricing, marketing, client boundaries, or confidence), followed by an open and supportive peer conversation. You’ll leave with clarity, ideas, and a sense that you’re not in this alone.
✨ We believe in collaboration over competition
✨ We champion wellbeing for practitioners, not just clients
✨ We know that together, we can all do more
Whether you’re just starting out or have been in practice for years, the Brighton Wellness Collective offers a safe, encouraging, and practical space to grow – both personally and professionally.
So if you’ve ever felt isolated in your work, unsure where to turn for advice, or simply want to be part of something bigger – the Brighton Wellness Collective is your community to belong to.
Come as you are, and let's grow together.

Networking Events
Our monthly in-person networking events are warm, welcoming and nothing like traditional networking. We sit in a circle (often barefoot!), share stories, connect with like-minded wellness professionals, and hear from inspiring guest speakers.
Whether you're a therapist, teacher or coach, these sessions are designed to spark collaboration, boost your confidence, and remind you you're not alone. Expect real conversations, plenty of smiles, and a community that’s here to grow with you.

Peer Support Sessions
Running a wellness business can feel lonely – but it doesn’t have to be. Our monthly Peer Support Groups are a chance to connect online with fellow practitioners, share honest challenges, and gain practical tools that actually help.
Each session includes a focused training topic (like pricing, marketing or using AI) plus time for open discussion and support. It's a safe, non-judgemental space to grow your confidence, learn new strategies, and feel part of a like-minded community that truly gets it.
Highlights

"Being new to the wellness business space, I’ve found the Wellness Collective to be just what I need. Networking with other wellness professionals has been a valued hub of resources and advice, and the format of the event is perfectly pitched. I love that we sit comfortably in a circle with shoes off! Where else can you do that?! Camille has created the right balance of professional support alongside meaningful connections in a safe and friendly environment. I’m a regular!"

"I attend this event every month and am always impressed by the therapists who attend and what they have to offer. It has introduced me to wonderful professionals who provide a wide range of support for their clients, while also giving me the opportunity to collaborate and support one another.
In an industry that can often feel lonely, Camille has created a welcoming and supportive space for us to connect and share. Highly recommended." Gary Jessop
